Registration and Pricing

How much does it cost to attend?

  • General Admission: $1,299 (Early bird pricing, regularly $1,599)
  • On-Ramp Program: $1,299 (Early bird pricing, limited to 30 people)

What’s the difference between General Admission and On-Ramp?

General Admission provides full access to all sessions and networking events. The On-Ramp program includes everything in General Admission plus dedicated beginner sessions, a Summit Buddy, and additional support for newcomers.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Travel and Accommodations

Is there a hotel discount?

Yes, we have a discounted group rate at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista in Orlando, FL. Booking details will be sent as part of your welcome to Summit email.

How do I get to Orlando?

Flying: Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest major airport. Driving: The Sheraton Lake Buena Vista is easily accessible from I-4. Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the Orlando area.

Do you provide transportation from the airport?

Transportation is not included, but we provide detailed information about taxi, rideshare, and public transit options.

Event Experience

Will sessions be recorded?

Yes, all Keynote, General Sessions and Breakout sessions are recorded and made available to attendees after the event.

What should I bring?

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue.

We use a blind review process where our content committee evaluates submissions based on quality, relevance, and community value.

We don’t provide on-site childcare, but we can help connect you with local childcare services.

The On-Ramp program is designed specifically for beginners! You’ll get dedicated sessions, a Summit Buddy, and extra support to help you succeed.

Speaking and Sponsorship

How do I submit a session proposal?

The Call for Speakers for Summit 2027 is now closed and session evaluations are under way. Check back often for speaker and session updates. The full schedule will be released on November 1, 2026.

What is your Code of Conduct policy?
